I went there with my three daughters to have some lunch around 2:00 p.m. on getting there and getting out of my car in the parking lot I noticed two of the workers out front smoking cigarettes, I didn't say anything or judge I gave the restaurant the benefit of doubt still. When my daughter's and I entered the friendlies we stood there waiting to be greeted and seated that never happened there were four workers in the front talking amongst themselves and complaining about the family whose children they had to make ice cream Sundaes for. Their customer service skills is absolutely horrible a diverse of culture is definitely needed in there ..there were only black American workers and it was horrible. We waited in front for 10 minutes before I decided to leave and just go have lunch at TGIF Fridays.

two days ago was the first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the good service, with the magnificent cooking and booze and with the friendly price. We will absolutely return there again.

Lately my orders from Friendly’s have been wrong. I put in my order for a sundae that I wanted and the ice cream was not right and the toppings were not right either. My receipt that I have in my email is completely different from what they had on the bag. This has happened a few times lately and I just think they need to be less careless.

Bff member Hot fudge sundae was great with vanilla ice cream. Employees were outstanding Burgers fries rest of menu outstanding. Keep up the great work 5 stars.

I have to say that I always had a good experience at Friendly's. Not this time... The cashier took everyone else in the line and I was the last one. He told me to hold on a bit. He was trying to get everyone elses order done and left me standing there waiting. I ended up having to say something because I was ordering food to be cooked which meant I had to wait even longer and the other customers had ordered ice cream. Sad
