I love waterfalls and the Cumberland Falls State Park did not disappoint. The Park is located in Corbin Kentucky near the Great Smoky Mountains NP. We discovered this place after speaking with our server at Sonny’s BBQ. Glad we got to see the Falls as we were just passing through to the Smoky Mountains. Nice parking area and a short walk to see the beautiful Falls.

It is very beautiful here no matter what time of the year you go. I really enjoyed coming here during the summer.

This is the best waterfall in this part of the country...a must see and its not far from I-75. It is part of a state park so the facilities are great...there are at least 3-4 places from which to view the waterfall and most are very close to the parking lot...a short walk. It is famous for its nighttime moon bow during full moons, but we have never seen that. The scenery on the way to the park and around the waterfall is very nice also.
