I had a friend that took out a pay day loan with them. She got into a little bit of a financial issue and couldn't pay. Once she got everything straightened out she called to see the amount she owed because she wanted to make it right. The girl who answered the phone was very rude. Stated her balance was over $1,000 and stated it would go up daily. Then she also advised her that it doesn't include court costs. First of all they only do pay day loans up to 425 so how is her balance over $1000 and companies like this can not LEGALLY threaten you. It is against federal laws. I do not advise you go to take out a loan here.
They were great ,they helped me out alot.
Went in to pawn some .999 fine silver. They outright refused to take it. Didn't test it or anything, the woman I talked to was ignorant as to what was in front of her and just kept calling them coins. She has no business being in the pawn business. The pieces I had are more valuable than anything in the shop and now my business will be taken elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you have anything valuable.
I have been a customer for years and one of the worker was so disrespectful to to me I was so embarrassed
