❗THEY CHARGED ME FOR DELIVERY, ONE MONTH'S RENT AND PICK UP FOR A DAMAGED POD❗ I never used the pod! THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE FIXING THIS PROBLEM BUT THAT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AGO NOW ❗ I'M STILL WAITING FOR AN PODITIVE OUTCOME ❗

We closed on our current and previous houses on the same day. PODS allowed us plenty of flexibility in getting our stuff out of the old house and into the new one. We scheduled about a month ahead of time and were able to fit all of our non-furniture belongings into 2 large pods. Delivery and pickup time were accurate and we haven't found anything damaged, broken, or missing. Very helpful drivers too. Would definitely use again for off-site storage and moving.

I used Pods to move and store my things while I was waiting to close on a house. The driver delivered two of my pods at my new house without any issues.nHere’s where the problem started. When a different driver came back a few days later to remove them. He refused to remove them and said the driver who brought them would have to remove them. Then he called their supervisor and said our pods shouldn’t have been delivered because he thought the area was too small for them. It’s obviously not seeing they delivered two of them without issue. The original driver removed them without any issues, but they refuse to deliver my third pod. They said I would have to unload my things at their warehouse. This is going to cost me an additional $900 for a moving company to unload the pod and delivered my things. This is the worst company I’ve ever seen. When they get your items they may or may not deliver them back to you.

Our first and last time using PODS. The first pod that was delivered had ants inside. We called customer service, and were told they would send us another pod at no charge. It cost us two days of packing to wait for the new pod, and they absolutely charged us for the second one without warning. The second Pod was even more than the first container. It took over a week of badgering customer service to get a refund. Talked to many reps who all had different stories. We could not wait to get the container out of our driveway and be done with PODS.

Tried to get pod. They never mentioned driveway specifics. Brought it but couldn’t get in driveway. I have tried 3 times to get a refund because they “accidently” put on auto charge. 2 of the 3 people were less than helpful. The helpful one said she would take care of it more than 2 weeks ago and I still have not been refunded. Think twice before dealing with this company. Customer service is Terrible!
