We found the Safeway workers to be very courteous, efficient, and responsive. Thank you for making this a positive relocation experience!
The movers themselves were kind and helpful but the back office support was anything but! I have never been talked to so rudely by a service organization! I felt ridiculed and chastised by the dispatch group. They seemed very unwilling to roll with any changes I had need of. I would not hire Safeway again!!!
We used Safeway to move in Lexington about four years ago and were very pleased. I was able to get a more accurate quote ahead of time by communicating what we hand in and out of the house via an email with staff.nnThe crew was great and offered my pregnant wife a seat to rest while we were getting in the new home.
Drivers Craig and Quinten along with their team Eric, Anthony & Jeremy did an amazing job with my move. They were on time, polite and efficient. They moved every piece of furniture and tons of boxes with great care.nnThe first day of my move the weather was horrible. This team did not miss a beat.nnI highly recommend Safeway Moving.
