Outstanding customer service from Rob Miller, the General Manager. Rob was friendly efficient and very helpful with my rental. He helped me with all of the paper work, and brought the truck up to the front of the parking lot. When I realized that I needed a bigger truck, I went back to Rob and he made the transfer super easy. In addition I needed an auto transport for the next day and Rob called ahead to the Winchester location and made sure that the auto transport was available and ready to go. i can honestly say Rob made the hole U=Haul rental experience a please.
Great customer experience! Rob and Brita were so helpful in renting my 20' foot truck and transport for my 400 mile move. I was nervous about driving a large truck and pulling my car behind and they were very supportive and reassuring. They loaded my car on the transport to ensure it was done securely and allowed me to keep my vehicle at their location while loading my truck.
Got a propane tank refilled. Three people were working, at the counter, but only 1 was helping customers, so took about 5 minutes to get service. Propane price was pretty good. Would've been 5 stars, but none of the employees were properly wearing masks when COVID cases in the area are at record highs. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♂ufe0f

They bait and switched me on a pick up truck and tried to charge me for an extra miles I did not use. After looking at my receipt I realized I was charged for and additional 480 miles to much. Realizing I only used 210 and they charged me for 690 Miles. Good thing our company policy is we take before and after pics because we later caught the error. This may be how they make their money. Sad thing is UHAUL probably knows about this bait and switch practice and let it go on.
