I rented a place with them about a week ago. I got the wrong size and called for a whole day, left messages and no answer. We needed to get our stuff into storage quick and got a bigger size the next day. I have called everyday since and left emails explaining my situation and still have not heard back from anyone!! I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because when I did talk to the owner he was very nice and worked with me. Also, because of COVID-19. Now, it is getting ridiculous and I’m paying for two units when this should have been taken care of promptly.nnIf anyone has any other contact information other than the website phone number and email, it will be greatly appreciated!

I needed a storage unit quickly because I was in a bind. I was able to get one very quickly at the 24 hour kiosk, which was perfect! I purchased the lock with the storage unit rental, and it was a good quality lock; exactly what I needed! The move out process was also simple. Great service! Highly recommend!

I had a bit of difficulty contacting the owners at first but then I found out they had been away due to a death in the family. Once I did get in contact with them, they were nothing but helpful and nice. This was a difficult time for me as the unit I needed access to was my mothers whom had recently passed. Jennifer made things so much easier for me and even waived some fees and allowed me a couple extra days past the rental agreement to remove all of my mom’s things. Thank you for making this already difficult time so much easier.nnAlso, I didn’t rent a unit from here but from what I could see, the place is well maintained. The parking lot and units are well lit. I never felt uncomfortable going there at night. There are security cams everywhere and a coded gate. The unit was clean and looked quite secure. You can make your payment using a kiosk at the front gate which would be convenient. Overall it looks like a nice facility.

After hours computer rented the wrong size unit that was tiny at full price for a 5x10. Reservation went to the wrong location.nn*edit*nCustomer service has been abysmal since Corona virus started - not returning emails or phone calls. Limited payment options, primitive website.nnNo customer support for a month. Don't get tricked by these scam artists. They will ignore your attempts at communication and sell your items.
