This storage facility is very secure and is clean. The staff especially the lady Kristina or Kathleen (not sure the name is right) was so nice and was very understanding of my situation and she went out of her way to help me. She was positive and very friendly. I have rented from here for close to 2 years and I’ve never had any problems. Instead of instantly charging fees they will check to see if your ok. I like that as sometimes things happen like new card numbers to charge for rent that are easily forgotten to update on file. I I also like that they are right by new circle rd so very Conveinient and no traffic to get in and out. Prime storage is a wonderful company and you should check this location out.
My stuff is stored here. Every time I come here, my stuff is still there. Great work, storage unit.

Located just outside of Lexington off Old Frankfort Pike, I found this convenient for quickly accessing from downtown. Security is good with gated access and 24/7 monitoring.nThey offer a variety of sized outdoor units and parking for RV, boats, trailers or misc equipment.nnInside the office they offer moving materials like boxes and mattress covers as well as boxes and locks. Staff was quick and on point with paperwork and providing the need to know details. I felt welcomed and appreciated by the friendly employee who set me up.
