The facility is so convenient, clean, and has easy access. My movers an I had no trouble at all when it came to loading up the storage unit. I'm incredibly grateful for Charlotte's help in getting everything set up, she made the whole process very smooth and easy!

Please be forewarned- Do not pay in advance for they will keep your money! Monday, March 8th I notified the office that I had moved out of all 4 storage units on Sunday, March 7th, 2021. I had already paid for the month of March, ($751.00) as well as April, 2021 ($751.00). I figured I would not be reimbursed for the month of March since I moved out on March 7th but it is unbelievable that a company would think they could keep April's advanced payment. Horrible business practice...This is theft. I will see them in small claims court. (You only get a one rating because the system will not allow a zero)
Great facility. Very clean, well maintained and the best is the friendly staff. I highly recommend :)
