Very easy experience, both on the phone and in person. We recently moved to the area and needed a storage space temporarily, the Man-O-War location manager Joshua was very helpful and friendly, and was able to perfectly accommodate our needs. No hassle, everything was straightforward, would definitely recommend this company and specific location (both the 2750 Palumbo and the facilities across the street - 3024 Blake James Way, with a very accessible loading dock) to anyone in need of temporary storage.
Very good people, good and neat safe storage. You can get one month free rent and it was a relief for me to find when I needed storage space for an emergency. Will help you out and easy to communicate with. I was late moving out and they gave me a grace period to move out and I appreciate their professionalism and humane kindness.
Joshua is amazing, simply put. Professional, polite and is very attentive to any needs you may have while renting a unit here. This is the only place in Lexington you need for your storage needs and big props to the company itself for finding a guy like Josh to run the place.
This is my first time renting a storage unit. I was not sure what to expect or what all was involved. Joshua was extremely friendly, nice and helpful. He took his time to explain everything to me. The whole area is very clean and safe. Thank you Joshua!
