I was in the first graduating class from STEAM Academy. It was a great opportunity to be able to take dual credit college classes from accredited colleges here in Kentucky. I am now at the University of Kentucky ad was able to bring in a semester's worth of credits starting my freshman year!

Spanish has been one of my favorite classes! The teacher has been my favorite Spanish teacher I’ve ever had!

As a junior at STEAM Academy I have experienced many different types of teachers, and teaching styles. All of my teachers left a positive mark on my life, but my Spanish teacher has impacted me in a different way. I’ve spent 4 semesters in her class and with each semester she has touched me in a different way. As she watched me grow into the young adult and student I am today, I’ve watched her grow as a teacher. This semester in particular Ms. Sarver has really pushed me to learn and grow as a Spanish speaker. She made me step out of my comfort zone, while also making me comfortable making mistakes. Out of all of my years as a student, she is on of the only teachers I feel like I will remember for the rest of my life. If you’re blessed with the opportunity of having her as a teacher, don’t take it for granted!

Ms. Sarver was so sweet and we were so productive this semester. I’m gonna be very sad that I won’t have another class with her in my senior year. She taught me a lot more Spanish than when I took it in 8th grade. Sure, the school work might be stressful and teachers might get onto you about your school work, but it helps you progress in your school career.

Personally the spanish teacher ms.sarver has taught me so much about spanish and is the best spanish teacher I have ever had.
