I’ve been a customer of Roots since they opened in Mosier almost 2 years ago. The service is consistently exceptional at every level, from scheduling, hair cut and color, and consultation on products. Add to that the salon is gorgeous - light-filled, stylish, and highly personalized care from Jennifer, the owner - you are getting a big-city experience in a charming small salon.
Relaxing experience, beautiful Clean salon,professional and talented hair artist. I will be back!
Been calling and calling and they never answer the phone
Jen is a master colorist and a fantastic stylist. She has been my hairdresser for 6 yrs and the new shop Roots is perfect. Great atmosphere, yummy glass of vino.....magic. I look forward to every visit. Today, I wanted something new. She asked all the right questions, and now my hair looks amazing (as always) with dark cherry red under golden locks.....I am beyond happy!
Jen has been doing my hair for 6 or 7 years and has always done a wonderful job! I recommend her to everyone!
