I will not go to anyone else for my hair. Jessy has been cutting my son's hair for several years, and we've followed her to Studio 10. I started having Jessy do my color last year (I did my own for years, but it was getting frustrating trying to get the color to properly match on touch-ups). I love how I look and feel after leaving her chair. My hair feels so soft, and I feel pampered. She's made time for me with my busy schedule, even on her days off, and always has a clean and tidy workspace. Thanks again, Jessy!
Tracy is an extremely talented and professional hair stylist. Very often people ask me where I get my haircut styled. She is always on time, and keeps her Salon very clean. I'm sure that her clients would pay more for her incredible service, than she charges.
Worst haircut in my life! I made an appointment at 2:00, the lady found her sticky note for when I called but forgot to write it in the appointment book. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my haircut. I have short hair, showed Jesse a selfie of my haircut. She butchered my hair! I can’t even use the smallest round brush. I came home and cried of embarrassment. I’m ashamed to go to work on Monday. Jesse had no business using thinning shears because she chopped my hair up. There’s nothing to fix! I have a family get together next weekend and I am canceling.nSo much for good ratings.
Tracy is awesome! Myself, husband, and kids go to her. We are all pretty picky people when it comes to our hair and she exceeds our expectations. Studio 10 has great prices and customer service. Highly recommend!
