I'm impressed with the coaching, workout programs and professionalism. Cleanest gym I've ever been to. Friendly staff and members. I felt welcomed, and not at all uncomfortable... even with all the different levels of shape and ability. Highly recommend!!

This gym is humbly owned and operated by some of the most amazing high level cross fit and all around life athletes in the country. Not to mention they treat you like family. This is the best gym in town.
No words can really describe the amazing experience I have been having at Viento... As a rookie in the crossfit program the coaches have been excellent at teaching and emphasizing good form with all the exercises. The personal classes I had with Christine were very informative and helpful at getting me started. Each class the coaches demonstrate each exercise and go back over form... Super helpful! The atmosphere has been positive, friendly, very team oriented and supportive. Joining has been the best decision I have made in a long time. Thank you Karen , Regan , Christine and the rest of the Viento team for creating such a wonderful gym!
