2/10 only good thing about fords is the equipment. customer service is poor, all around a bad establishment, people care to much about what you do when your minding your business. On top of everything the roof is about to collapse from molding and water leaking. The equipment is filthy. Went here for 5-8 months and seen them only clean the rug up front once because they have too. Haven’t clean equipment in what seems like ages. I would prefer to go to a gym like LAC
I'm glad it's back open if anybody knows anything about this facility is that it is always clean so there was no need to shut it down. Great ownership plenty of equipment and they have made some slight adjustments for social distancing.

Perfect.
I've been to a lot of gyms over the past 15yrs and this place is by far the best. Lots of square footage with a dedicated leg room and chest room. Equipment always available no matter how big the crowd. Old school serious atmosphere where you can really get results. The owner, staff and members are respectful and will help you in any way they can. If your looking for a social hangout with a fancy smoothie bar this place isn't for you, but if you are looking for a place to train hard with no distractions, look no further.
