I don't live in Lexington anymore and it is a shame because my husband and I LOVED this gym. Easy parking, great classes, incredible equipment and amenities. We have joined other fitness places (even Equinox) and we still refer to Proof as our favorite gym.

Validated parking at this location. Sauna. Clean spotless 95% of time. You can use any of the specialty rooms as long as no class is in session. Everyone is so nice and they have a spa. Get your massage ON! 25% off for members.

Very clean and nice facility. However, my experience at this establishment was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. As someone who works for one of the top tier customer service company’s in the world, I’d expect an establishment like this, would hold their employees to higher standards. There’s a particular employee by the name of Corey that not only made my experience horrible but also caused two of my friends to cancel their membership. Management’s complacency with the situation was very poor job and they did very little to reach out regarding the incident. I appreciate the way Austin from the Tates creek treated me and gives hope that it’s not the entire brand that is represented the way corey did.

Class variety and times are lacking. Appropriate staff is never around, causing you to drive to multiple locations to upgrade memberships or make seemingly easy account changes. So glad I have changed gyms!
