Great buying experience. Communication was well. The owner kept me up-to-date. I found a minor issue and the owner repaired it quickly. Fair price and honesty. Would recommend buying a used car there. Very nice staff.
Was interested in buying a car, I contacted them and I never got a response, nor a confirmation that they even received anything from me. I have contacted them multiple times through phone and email and still no response. Its been almost a week and still nothing. They just keep ignoring me. Will not buy from here ever, if they dont respond from you within a day expect them to just ignore you. :(
Had a great first experience with them got my sienna thru them it was good buy has minor scratches on it but overall one of the best buys for me, but i purchased an 05 chevy equinox and let me just say i was mislead from the get go. first off they told me nothing was wrong with the car at all but over heating problems, three wheel bearings and the underneath the car was rusted pretty bad a stabilizer bar from the wheel hub to frame was rusted out so bad that one bolt cant be replaced at all and the other two bolts have a chain around them holding the stabilizer bar in place. cant say 100% that they did it or the auction house they got it from but its been a nightmare for me because im out of not only the car itself, also the $3000 i paid for it and the $400 or more ive put into it thinking i could fix it and take the loss but after finding the stabilizer bar in that shape it should have never been sold in this condition not only that the air conditioning had an issues they told me they would fix it until they seen it was a hose that was bad and didn't just need a refill.nnwill never even consider them again and people do a all over inspection first cause if i had noticed the chain holding the stabilizer bar to the frame i would have realized this car wasn't road worthy or worth the amount i paid even though it had low miles.
Only the front desk woman, she helped what she could but she isn't wonder woman. Get some help and people who want to sell cars. I went somewhere and got into something in 30 minutes after 4 hours there.
Horrible people. Sold a truck to me for $6900 that turned out to be so rusted out on the frame that it was considered unsafe to drive by the mechanic. Refused to take the car back but offered to buy it back for $5900 and since I hadn't gotten the title I took the deal. They basically robbed me of $1000. Additionally, the woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and actually screamed at me when I came to get the title before discovering the frame issue. They are very horrible people, they are liars crooks and honestly they are thieves. Very shady Operation. Stay away a from their sister lot down the street as well Dana Motors, that's where the bad vehicle came from.
