ATTENTION: DONT SIGN with Mo( the owner ) or any of the people there. If I could rate lower, really would. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this place definitely deserves one & is one to definitely STAY AWAY from. When I got my car I thought I signed with decent people. They smiled in my face to get me to sign the dotted line. Only to turn around & literally curse me out over checking on my Car. Moe, the owner would not even call to update me on my car or what was wrong with it. It was the head gasket as I’ve had other people look at it. He lied to my face & told me it wasn’t but he will fix the car. HOW are you going to fix something & the problem wasn’t even diagnosed. Threw out triple digit numbers for the bill of service when the problem with the car wasn’t even brought up. He was knowingly going to have me pay for the service of the undiagnosed problem only for me to be back in a couple days with a new problem & a bigger bill. Then me calling the shop to check on the status (cause they weren’t in contact with me AT ALL for almost two weeks). He went over the top & started cursing me out over it. Didn’t raise my voice not once. A week after I bought the car I had to re- invest hundreds of dollars back into it as it had other underlying problems. These people are not putting quality into their cars & you will have to foot the bill if you choose to sign, sadly. All I can do as one ex- customer with this is experience at this place recently is pass it on to the next future customer who wishes to sign thinking they’ve just struck a deal. It’s your money that will be continually be sucked from your funds for repairs that weren’t up to code when they sold you the car. Please choose wisely.

Bought multiple cars and always been well taken care of. They made me feel like family.

Don’t waste your time or money. Bought a car from them 4 months later needed a new transmission which is going to run me about $3000. I still owe $8000 on the car. The official Nissan Dealership says Autonomics probably tampered with the computer in the car so it couldn’t be read correctly for errors.. DONT. BUY. FROM HERE!

My first time buying a truck I went to Autonomics and they have been nothing but pleasant everytime I visit to make my payment or have my truck worked on. Mo has treated me very kind fixing my truck for me and he’s very good at explaining what needs to be done with it! He has gone above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how he and the rest of the employees at Autonomics have treated me. I always feel very welcomed walking in. Kim the lady who sold me the truck is also super nice and very professional and very knowledgeable. I’m not too sure what the other employees names are but there’s a lady who works at the desk and also another salesman who are also very pleasant and always very kind when I visit. 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car.
