Best car buying experience ever. Even with challenged credit I got a new car and I am in love with my purchase. Joe Buck is a great sales agent and Kevin was so helpful in signing documents and explaining everything to a T. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market to visit the Lexington Ky location.

Wonderful experience. They offered me way more than what I was expecting for my trade-in and the vehicle I requested to test drive ended up being less than the internet advertised price! They were so helpful and transparent with every single step of the way! My sales associate (Ben) did a perfect job at explaining everything and answering every question I had. I would recommend CarMax Lexington to anyone!

Excellent experience! The whole process went smoothly and I couldn't be happier! I bought a 2017 Escape and Cameron was my sales agent - he was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the process and made the whole experience effortless. I would buy from CarMax again. In the past, I had purchased from a large dealer, and that was a long and drawn out affair that made car buying a hassle. CarMax has got the process down to a science, and I was in and out and on my way with my new vehicle in no time at all. Very pleased with the entire process!

We have bought two cars here. We have gotten premium service from the sales floor through the office to the management. Whether it's Joe Buck, RG, Brayden, or James. I guarantee you haven't been put in this nice of car so easily. Yes, your payment can start high but after 6-10 months of on-time payments you can refinance their cars anywhere. You will be happy leaving with the car you want at a payment you can afford.
