I had an absolute fabulous experience at this car lot. Gerard worked hard to please me, I went after one vehicle I had found online, and I wasn’t sold on it, so I was completely in the dark about what to do next. This man waited patiently on me to test drive several vehicles and he walked his legs off getting me keys and helping me find what suited me. He worked with me on prices and Greg was a huge help to. I am so thankful and I couldn’t have had a better experience, I don’t think anywhere would have treated me better. They were very friendly, and not pressuring at all like most car lots. And I forgot to mention I drove away in a beautiful SUV. We will be going back to get my husband a truck soon. I promise if you go here you will not be disappointed!

Every encounter that I had with Greg, he was very professional, respectful and kind. I am thankful for him and Gerard during the purchase of my Audi Q7. I never felt pressured throughout the process and they were willing to work with me every step of the way. My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Short-Redmond on New Circle. We called about an online post and despite having a waiting list, they kindly held the car for us till the next day so we could test drive it.nThey answered all our questions and pulled the title for us. They were honest about the vehicles history and allowed us to spend hours with it, never once rushing us.nJordan and Brandon were very patient with us through the payment process even though our bank was closed for the holiday and never once acted like we were an inconvenience.nOur new car is in excellent condition purchased with a very good discount.
