My wife and I purchased our Honda Pilot new from this dealership just over a year ago. I was extremely impressed with the service we received, especially from Greg and the gentleman who handled the finances (he was an OSU fan, so I want to protect his identity). The continued service we have received over the past year has been top notch as well. I signed up for an appointment online and received text notifications throughout the process. How streamlined! On other occasions, I’ve waited in the waiting room, which is very comfortable.nnWhen we were shopping for a vehicle, we didn’t feel pressured any step of the way. Greg stood by the quality of his vehicles and answered honestly any question we had. I love riding in my Pilot and look forward to driving it for years to come!

Ok, so I brought my car in for service. I really love Cameron, he's always so nice and his customer service skills are excellent!nI did my 100k service. It is for a Honda hybrid. I don't think I trust anyone else, because of it being a hybrid.nOh side note....I used to be under the impression that oil changes were about 80, so I was going elsewhere. They are doing it for a lot less. So I'll be bringing my car in for that too.nOverall I really feel good about coming into Honda automotive. I think at one time the reputation might have been not so great. But now I really feel much more confident going. And it's really because Cameron makes me feel like they care, and are honest and transparent in their work and maintenance that needs to be done to the vehicles.
