Imperial MHC

I need to contact someone in management asap plz. Signed lease for new home back in March promised my trailer would be ready April 1st. It's the 12th and its once again not ready. I was told the 1st then the 5th came in the 5th with the understanding id be moving in then only to be told hours later as I waited around that the trailer wasn't set correctly and it would be another week! I am now homeless and have paid my deposit and lease but have no home to live in.

Just moved here but I really enjoy it so far. I like my neighbors and the staff seems friend and the property seems to be kept up well

Would give zero starts if possible! This place is trash. Getting a call back is impossible. They love to discriminate here. I can not wait to move out and I will never recommend this place to anyone! I would be better off living on the street..

So I live in the park the tell me that I cant do all the stuff that everyone else can like had to get rid of my truck because i did not drive it every day and lots more thena so called new Trailers I have not been in a year but tell me y it is falling apart around me and my family and the one of the people at the office and my neighbor witch is under the age of 40 jump on my 65 year old mom and the one at the office was helping him and sent my mom in to a panic attack so stay way far away

There are quite a few new trailers and everyone I talked to today was nice. Not the cleanest trailer park ever but they seem to be making improvements, removing old trailers and so on
