Nourished Folks

Yummy food. Fun and inclusive atmosphere. Love the colors and the plants. Really glad my husband and I went here. Nourished Folks easily accommodates vegans. It seems as if most menu items are vegan and then they add meat/cheese if you request it.nnLeft happy and with full bellies.

We stopped in for lunch at Nourished Folks in Grayline Station and will definitely be back. I love that they have so many vegetarian options but you can also have meat added as well. I had the grits with roasted winter squash and mushrooms and it was delicious. Awesome comfort food. My husband and daughter got the fried rice - one veggie and one with chicken. Excellent flavor. We had great service and the space has a welcoming atmosphere.

This may be my first Google review ever, but I needed to leave one. This place, these folks, and this food are incredible. Everything I have eaten from Nourished Folks has been full of awesome flavor. Several times I have had a meal there and simply couldn’t believe the quality and amount of food for the price. If you live in Lex, you’ll make this a regular spot. If you are visiting, don’t miss the chance to get a meal that you will always remember.

This is a must eat at place in the Greyline Station building. The smell when you first walk in will have your mouth watering. The chili was exceptional. On Saturday they have a soup and chili menu, but come early for lunch before they run out - AND THEY WILL!! Prices are respectable and portions are large. Great variety - the staff is super friendly. You will want to eat there again and again.

Cozy spot with great vibes serving generous portions of delicious food, packed with veggies and goodness. Amazing price for serving such high quality ingredients.
