Kentucky Horse Park

The KY Horse Park is my favorite attraction in all of KY. There is always so much to do, to see, and learn. The gift shop (entrance by lobby i think) has everything you could possibly buy for a horse crazy friend and more! I love hanging out outside where you can see the horses face to face. They have amazing shows where you can even see the famous (retired) Ky Derby racers. I could keep writing on and on about this perfect Ky Horse Park.

This park is huge, lot to see and do.

What a gorgeous tree-filled campgrounds! The dogs and I enjoyed long walks through the campgrounds and the neighboring horse cross-country course... a very impressive facility! The blooming redbud trees added a splash of beautiful color to the lush green grass everywhere! Clean, friendly, quiet, and well-maintained!

Fantastic experience. Lots to do. Great price for the value of entertainment. Kids can ride the ponies or adults can go horseback riding. Go for Gin was a treat to see. Beautiful horses everywhere. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would go again and again.

I made a day trip here with my boyfriend (it was his first time) and we had an awesome day. Winter season doesn’t have as much to see as the spring/summer/fall seasons but there’s still enough to do to make it a day event. There’s lots of history to learn and you even get to meet lots of different horses. I can’t wait to come back again in peak season!
