Allegiant Air

This was my First time to fly with Allegiant Airlines! My experience was so Awesome that we will be flying them Forever! Here is why, we were last flight out and it was a full flight. We have never seen such Compassion and Team work in all of our years flying! People were everywhere, babies crying, kids running around, older people in wheel chairs lots going on. Gate attendant was wheeling people to aircraft with a Smile on his face there were quite a few. We were flying priority front seats. We got on the plane while they were loading back to front. The flight attendants were just so friendly and helpful, kid's in their strollers with their handheld devices not wanting to get out of their strollers they just kept smiling and assisting with everyone to be safe on the flight. And then it happened!, up comes the gate attendant with a Very Very elderly woman she was in a wheelchair, (by the way was still smiling and jovial.) When they tried to assist this woman over the threshold she couldn't get up and do it they tried several times, she just was too shakey and scared. I was in shock in how feeble she was and appeared to be flying alone:( I started to tear up looking at my husband he knew how upsetting it was to me, but anyway they put her back in the wheelchair and I mean effortlessly turned her wheelchair backwards and cleared the way and got her back to her seat, lifted her and placed her gently in and put her seatbelt on! It took the gate attendant and 2 flight attendants. They are heroes to me I will Never forget them and how kind they were to this elderly Womanud83dudc96 We need more Kindness in this World like this! I LoVe Allegiant Airlines and will Never forget these 3 Allegiant employees and what I witnessed on this Flight home✈ufe0f✈ufe0f✈ufe0f✈ufe0f Great Team work! Thank You for all that you do ud83dude4f

We are being told it’s going to be 5 o’clock before we fly out. Our flight was supposed to leave at 10:50am. That is a whole day of vacation gone. When we call in they won’t do anything because it’s weather related they sayud83dude33. The sun is shining it’s beautiful out. If the plane is broke down just send a new plane. I know that costs money but this is costing us money too !

I have had multiple delays with this company! Some times I had to book an extra night at a hotel to flight back the next day on the same or totally different airline... never once have they offered to make up for all the problems I've had with them.. You get what you pay for. Late pilots and staff. Bad planes. Lateness beyond belief... Trust me when I say, spend a little more money and just USE ANOTHER AIRLINE COMPANY! I waited in a florida airport for 9 hours. We were wheels up at 2am for a 5pm flight the previous evening. On the same trip down they were 2 hours behind schedule to fly to florida. So apparently cold papa John's pizza would suffice for a not having the bar open to us. It was just BS. Would been better of we could have watched some sports and had a beer with our cold pizza.. I could go on and on but I've wrote enough. Think before you buy and fly people.

Holding the plane at the ground for over an hour due to no gate available.nnThis is due to low staff bad management. When the airline is willing to save $10 an hour for hiring employees rather then have extra employees so they can run another gate.

Great service and caring employees. As a veteran they treated my wife and I so well that we have talked about that maybe we only travel to places that Allegiance services. Thank you. Here some pictures from there comfortable aircraft. Big thanks to Cynthia and Tionna in Louisville.
