The car smelled like smoke for our 10 hour drive. We had to shower immediately and wash our belongings soon as we reached our destination. Car felt safe, the service was great and the pickup was easy.

The customer service agent wasn't helpful to me , she could definitely done a better job.

I was inquiring about a rental and asked if I could pick it up at a specific time. I was rudely informed of the times along with the reason. Then questioned why I would come up with such a time that the business closednI informed the worker it was posted on their website thay they close at 1130pm and then asked for the closest hotelnThen I was informed there are no hotels which are part of the airport and closest hotel is 5 miles walking distance, they hung up on me

I’ve interacted with two different people here, RUDE! Can’t get any help without attitude or like it’s too much of an inconvenience. I’ll stick with Enterprise or National.
