I ordered an Apple Watch band and a planner for pick-up, with my friend picking up the items (I don’t live in Juneau). They only have her the Apple Watch and said the planner would be in, in a week. It’s been over a month and she hasn’t gotten any correspondence from the company... and I’m out of a planner!
I was looking for a desktop but I was completely lost. Royce saw me struggling and came to my rescue, I have nothing but good things to say about this employee, he not only gave me a fantastic deal with a great price, he helped set it up and continued his great customer service over the phone when I had product related questions. If I could give more stars I would. Royce deserves this review.
I understand that you now require customers to use a mask now. But that doesn't give the lady with black hair just past her shoulders to be in my face rude, saying to put the mask on now. Very disappointed and NO ONE should be treated this way
If you are looking to spoil yourself with new batteries for your vibrator, don’t get them here, They don’t work!
I really enjoy shopping at our local OfficeMax. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They almost always have the items in stock that are in their weekly ads, and all products are easy to find. Best cup-at-a-time coffee prices in town for Keurigs. The manager is a long-time Juneau person. I appreciate the store and the investment in our town.
