This place confuses me. Some very hardworking people and some less so. It performs an important service to the community but does so strangely and without much funding.
So very helpful
Yaakgoosge staff go out of their way, well beyond the call of duty, to make sure their students have a fighting chance. Some of the students here just didn't respond well to the other schools for whatever reason; other students are kids whom everyone else, often even their own families, have forgotten about, but this school lets them know that they all matter.nnThe teachers and support staff check in with students regularly. They make kids feel important and cared about, help them through difficult times that might be affecting their education, and open the path to independence and success. They all know the kids by name, know their parents, and know their friends. Every single student matters here.nnThe school doesn't recieve half the resources it deserves, but the staff there does more with what they get than anyone could ever reasonably expect. They can't do absolutely everything that the students need, but they sure won't slack off and let your kid fall behind on a whim. Grade: A+
