Sit outside by the water? Check. Heaters because this summer didn't come with actual summer weather? Check! The best deal on a halibut sandwich in town? Check check! Local brews on tap, friendly service, fast and delicious food, right downtown! Get thee here!

This is the email (below) I sent to the restaurant prior to leaving a review. I received no response.... waited 10 days.nnMy family and I ate lunch at your restaurant today. I didn’t say anything while there(I was hesitant to in front of my kids and generally)We ordered three chicken Caesar salads. The salad portions were very small, the chicken was dry/rubbery and there wasn’t much flavor/dressing. Normally I’d just let it go, but the fact that is was 50.00 for three small salads is making it harder. We were trying to have a nice lunch and support local businesses today. Anyways, just wanted to get this off my chest. Staff was very friendly, on a positive note.

We would not Recommend this place for several reasons. We have been here three days and had a blast. It felt “normal” everywhere but this place. We were scolded for not wearing a mask to walk 6 feet to a table where at the table Covid don’t exist and you can take it off. The waitress literally treated us like we had a disease. She would get anywhere close to our table. The cook came out and same thing he stood half way across the room as if we were infected and asked how our food was. The fish was tiny. The fires were just OK. We would never go back. The money you spend and what you receive is not worth it. It was our only bad experience in Juneau. We are Alaskans and haven’t left the state in months. We have never received this kind of awkward attention Or service since this crazy Covid started. We don’t recommend at all. We were the only people in the restaurant so that shows how popular they are.

Yummy halibut and chips. Great care by the staff to clean regularly between customers and keep up sanitation standards while maintaining a fun atmosphere and ambiance. Many thanks!
