The clothes are cute but I tried to exchange something that was a BOGO (buy 1 get 1 50% off) and they couldn't give me a straight exchange. They asked me to pay the full price of the 50% off item. But if I had brought both in apparently that would have been fine because they could exchange both items. So annoying that they can't override the system or change the price for me. Seriously they are going to make me run home and back for like $6. Irritating.
Nice store for young girls 100 lb or less.
Prices were a bit high for sweat pants. The last was insistent that I downloaded the app to save 10% which was only $2 while other customers were waiting. Kind of annoying. They need way more selection.
The sales staff are very friendly and helpful.
I shop here often with a friend of mine. The girls are always helpful and cheery smile at every person. They always have new stuff. Prices are a little on the spendy side unless they have sales than you can get good deals. The assistant there (it starts with an A I think) always picks stuff out for me and is so helpful with my daughter too. The trends are comfy and relaxed (not scandalous like some). Tip: these girls know their stuff! If your looking for something specific just ask them, they'll know right away and talk to each other over microphones to get it for you!!! Love this place.nTip to garage: if this staff gets all new people...again..(which is why I did not come as often for awhile) I don't think I would shop. You've done a great job with these girls!
