We are so happy we chose Phoenix Self Storage! They were so easy to work with, and the price was the best we found anywhere. Even during Covid, they made things safe for us to do business with them. We always loved chatting with the owners/managers. They just made the whole experience great. Thanks, guys.

I never write reviews but this place is so awesome! Super sweet staff went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. 11/10 recommend if you need storage in the Medford / Ashland area! :)

This place is fantastic! A variety of sizes at very affordable prices. The grounds were always very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice.

Rod & Karen are your classic neighborhood friendly proprietors! I browsed online, liked their prices, & drove over there. I was impressed. It's gated, very clean and nice looking. Managers were available(!) and showed me units to compare. I signed right up. No need to look further. The paperwork was easy. Karen streamlined the process and it went perfectly. I'm happy.
