I was in need of a unit immediately. They were very nice and professional. I was in a unit by next day. I was super impressed. They showed me the unit before i agreed to anything. The unit went above and beyond what i needed. It was fast and friendly. Will highly recommend them.... thank you.
We first needed to be on a waiting list for our unit. They contacted us very soon, and we were pleased that they were so timely. We did not take that unit after all, but within a few weeks we did need storage and and Luke set us up with what we needed (a 5 by 10 climate control unit). The units are very well cared for and we love the facility. Luke contacted us when we didn't lock our unit properly. There is a 13 dollar monthly surcharge for insurance coverage which we needed to pay as we have lost our home in the Almeda fire and we don't have home insurance yet. But those with home insurance can have their own insurance cover this and do not need to pay.
I never considered public storage to be a place you'd receive the best customer service but from start to finish and everyone we interacted with I was blown away. They are well trained, polite, knowledgeable and just genuinely nice people who enjoy helping others. Also, the facilities are top notch! Thank you for running such a great operation!
