Travis. And (sorry I don't remember your names.) The 2 ladies that are at this location are extremely helpful. The one lady had to call and find me 2 more batteries and stayed on top of it, called me as soon as they came in and knowing it was a long drive for me had no problem holding them a couple days. travis made all the connection I needed and all 3 had my back when another very not nice customer cussed and yelled at me for having an allergy attack and had to step away and remove my face covering to catch my breath and breath. That understanding was amazing. Had fun chatting with them and when I again need a specialist battery I will be calling this store.
I love their battery's I use to replace my battery in my key fob twice a month from Nissan went to battery plus and I bought a battery for life 4 yrs later I had to change it and the staff there were very pleasant/helpful. And it took me only 5 minutes. It was awsome..
Staff was friendly and helpful. Phone repair went great. Staff is very knowledgeable.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure our battery was fully charged and all our needs were taken care of.
Guy I had today was good. Quick to help out and knowledgeable and honest. The reason for my poor rating is that very few workers had masks on nor was it enforced for other customers. Will not be returning.
