I'd like to speak to the high standard of quality I have experienced since attending Oregon Strength. Our instructors are invested in the progress and safety of each individual. They are very knowlegeable, supportive, encouraging, observant. I will be 70 this month. Many years doing yoga and dance. Diagnosis of osteoporosis - my Dr. recommended Cross fit. I now move through my days with much more energy, strength, and confidence.

If you prefer a smaller gym with more one on one time with your instructors Oregon Strength is for you. Adam and Mary understand that workouts are not one size fits all and are great at modifying as needed to fit each individual. The community is fun and laid back. I have felt welcome since the first day I walked through the door. It's a true sense of family at Oregon Strength.

Love this gym! For the past for months I’ve been taking strength and conditioning classes, and I’m amazed at the results! I am finally enjoying exercise and weight training. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in or stay in shape!

I have been with Oregon Strength for 3 years. I have never felt so cared for by two incredible coaches! Mary and Adam are phenomenal, they pay close attention to you, teaching you the movements down to the T! I love the community, and have made so many friends...:) I started my sophomore year of high school, and was worried that I would not feel like I fit in. But everyone is so welcoming, there are all different ages, athletic levels and we all have a great time...while sweating our butts off!

A great local gym focusing both on strength and whole body health. Adam and Mary (and the rest) are wonderful coaches and make sure to adjust workouts to your appropriate skill and physical level. Classes are not huge so you get the one-on-one attention throughout the class that not only helps to excel your training, but also keep you from injury like in some of the huge classes out there.nnWhile Mary and Adam are Crossfit Level 2 certified, and Gabe is Level 1 certified, they don't brand as a Crossfit gym and can offer lower monthly costs compared to many others.nnThey offer a free first class/consult. Definitely worth a stop to check them out. They also offer later classes than many of the gyms! My fiance and I have been regular attendees of their 6:30 series as it's much more convenient after work hours for us.
