Inspire Fitness Studio

I have been attending P90X classes for over a two year period. And I absolutely love it! The thought of doing P90X was so intimidating but from the moment I walked into the studio on my first visit - Mike Rush made me feel comfortable and confident. His passion of exercise and love of teaching others to achieve their goals was apparent immediately. He was encouraging and helpful and two years later nothing has changed ..... except my weight, body muscle and confidence. All for the good!!! I’m thankful I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried his class. I’m a memeber for life! Oh .... and I have stayed for Zumba! It’s a blast! While blasting calories! Monique is a ball of energy and makes the class exciting and fun! You can’t go wrong attending any of the classes offered at Inspire Studio!
