I recently joined F45 and LOVE IT!! I cannot recommend this place enough! The workouts are killer and the instructors are super motivating. Thank you guys for encouraging me and pushing me through each workout :)
F45 is the best new work out in Medford! The atmosphere is light, fun, and supportive. The workout is demanding and will have you pouring sweat. I am addicted!!!
