Great Ownership, small two story building, great people inside sometimes hard to get a hold of someone . Wish it had a sauna but still a great environment and good machines. Mostly all machines.

I like the little gym. It's close to my house, the equipment covers the exercises I want, and Gretchen is nice. Doesn't have a shower, but then again I can walk home and do that.

There are plenty of machines and free weights to meet all exercise needs. It's kept very clean, it's convenient to the residents of Jacksonville, there's plenty of parking right out front, and the cost is reasonable. What's not to like?
