The best gym with the best people I've ever worked out in/with. Everyone treats everyone like family. They really care about you becoming a better version of you!

I was back in Oregon for enough time to need a workout and they were wonderful. The owners are very kind and involved. I was brand new to CrossFit and they (and their instructors) helped a lot with the learning curve. Their members are awesome too and it feels very much like a solid community of supportive people.nnAs someone who is definitely not visually physically fit, I never thought of CrossFit/weightlift focused gym as a place I'd fit or be able to do, but it all worked really well. The instructors helped adjust to my ability level and really helped push me past some low confidence levels when it came to what I thought I couldn't do.nnI will definitely be back when I'm in town again!

Awesome! I dropped into the 430 class and Sarah was a great coach. Very thorough warmup and cool down to start and end the WOD. Everyone I met made it feel like my home gym!
