Erics Electric Service

Comes to my duplex to work on neighbors house bangs on the door wakes my whole house up then when I ask what's the problem one guy true to explain while the other screams nonsense at me. Straight up non professional

Was told when made appointment it would be $150 for the 1st hour and then $110 for each additional hour, plus parts. I specifically asked what was the name of the electrician that would be coming and Brandy said his name is Eric. That is the only electrician they have.nWhen Eric arrived, he brought an apprentice with him. Without letting us know of the additional cost, we were charged almost double.nI was charged $725.11 for 4 hours of work and all they did was search out what a switch was for on an existing 3 way switch, add an outlet in my bathroom and replace a GFCI Device with a GFCI receptacle in my kitchen. It took the apprentice over 2 hours to replace one switch in my kitchen.nUpdate: Brandy called me the following day and apologized. She said she didn't realize how long it took her apprentice to change the GFCI receptacle in my kitchen and would refund the money I paid for the apprentice. I really appreciated her follow up call and understanding in the matter.

It's been a year since we hired this company to do some updates to the electrical service for our 1912 historic house. There were multiple headaches, miscommunications, and thousands spent to redo some of the work we paid (highly) for. We are even unable to confirm that the work that required a city permit had ever been done or inspected.nnWhatever you do, call anyone else for your electrical services. They are most surely going to give better service.

Scott Smith works for Eric's electric & he posts false reviews on other electrician websites. He drives his little slow electric car like a jerk. Don't trust him

Came out fast and took care of the issue. Would recommend these proficient electricians.
