We did a private class for a bachelorette party and Lynn was AMAZING! such a fun class. Lynn made everyone feel comfortable, even those who had little experience with yoga, provided great instruction and everyone had a blast!
Free meditation on Mondays and reasonable prices for yoga. The various yoga classes are perfect for those with no experience and those that are more advanced. Lynn is one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had, she's incredibly helpful!
WOW, if you haven't tried yoga here, you MUST! Babs (M, W, F, and Sat.)...her class is WONDERFUL! Her poses are beautiful, her voice soothing, and her classes are Fabulous!
Very knowledgable and experieced and helpful instructors. Serious yoga at several levels.
