Bought a brand new GMC Sierra 1500, drove it around for break-in (normal driving on local roads and highways including the freeway), didn't do anything crazy, and the engine failed at 600+ mileage...basically blown. The verdict, loose bearings inside the motor. Asked for a replacement truck, but this dealership played the 'pass around' game with GM. Initially, a GM representative said to talk to the dealership, that it was up to them. But the dealership had us create a case number, and said it was up to GM.nnIf you're looking for great service on BUYING a car, go for it. But if there's a major factory defect on that car and expect the same service, think again. You'll end up dealing with a GM representative who, if you're lucky, might answer the phone and talk to you.nnIf I could go back, I'd buy a Toyota Tundra instead for reliability. GM used to build great dependable 'Professional Grade' trucks, and I still wanted to believe that. But after this experience, and noting that they asked for a $9 billion bailout 12 years ago, I can no longer go on with the same belief. Good luck.
Angel was very helpful all the staff were friendly. Angel also made sure I was taken care of by going above and beyond his works. Once the part arrived for my car the tech was able to get it done before his lunch and the holidays. I’m thankful for the staff that took their time in doing so. Angel even blessed us with a gift. Called many Chevrolet dealers in the Rogue Valley and the only place that was able to help me was Airport! Angel was very nice and informative. Plus they were able to get me a new transmission replaced in under a week! All around great experience.

Our second Chevrolet Volt has been as wonderful as our first Volt. We have had remarkably few events (mostly caused by our driving habits) Everything that has happened to our two vehicles has been taken care of efficiently and as quickly as possible under any and all circumstances. Airport Chevrolet has been one of the best that we have encountered in our six years of Volt ownership.
