Wish I could give them Zero stars. The comment they left was BOGUS. The lender APPROVED our loan TODAY. Friday they didn't even have the paperwork turned in to give us a yes or no so the owner is LYING because he can. All I wanted was an APOLOGY from these people for having me come in Saturday to drop off the paperwork and then told me the car wasn't going anywhere and also to come in this morning to finish the paper and see what the bank says. The bank lender APPROVED us TODAY! And the BANK is the one that let me know they sold the car. Not even the dealership. These people obviously have no heart and don't care about anyone and just want whoever they can get money from the fastest. Do NOT shop here unless you can purchase right away because they don't keep their word and don't care to even apologize if they make a mistake

First time buyer, they got me a great deal on a Mercedes C350. Gary was fantastic and super friendly. Will definitely do business there again!
