As always my car was thoroughly inspected, oil changed and lubed. I know that all has been taken care of and my mind has been put to ease. Great service Lithia Toyota! I would especially like to recognize Julia and Zach, I hope they will pass on to the mechanics and other staff on the front lines.

Excellent customer service. Joe is always friendly and keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The entire service team is always friendly and professional and I have full confidence that my vehicle is being taken care of.

I have been a loyal customer of Lithia. In the last 20 years, I have purchased 7 vehicles (Plymouth Neon 00, Dodge Intrepid 99, Toyota Camry (TC) 2004, TC 2006, TC 2009, Tundra 2017, and a Tundra 2021).nEach purchase has been a great experience. However, I must say that my recent purchase is the best thus far, Ben Barringer and Charlie Whitley are two professionals who made my experience a great one for my wife and me. Buying a car and everything that goes with it is not my idea of a good time. That being said, Armando, our sales rep was a joy to work with. His professionalism spoke volumes for the dealership. Speaking of the dealership, it was pretty nice. Lots of cars new and used and everyone I spoke with was pleasant. When the time comes, I'll be back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic buying experience. They were motivated to make a sale on a Prius Prime but treated me with respect throughout. No nonsense games like other dealers sometimes use. When they brought me numbers, they were fair the first time. Wonderful buying experience.
