I recently purchased a Car from Fast Lane...I absolutely love it!.. My son bought a car there a year ago and what a great vehicle.. So I figured I would give it a shot..Linda and Joe are so nice and helpful..Linda Is extremly knowledgeable about financing and gets you the best financing options available.. I would never go anywhere else again.. Thanks guys for all your help

These people lie. I purchased a car in early Oct 2020. I also purchased a full warranty for the car at the same time. Within a week of purchasing it, problems started happening. Check engine light was coming on and it was leaking oil. None of this was experienced on the test drive. The dealership is owned by a husband and wife, Linda and Joe. The test drive was taken with Joe and I asked him at the time if the car had been to a shop to be inspected. He said yes. I was also told at that time that a cooling fan had been replaced already on the car. I assumed that was figured out at the time they had the car inspected and that was all that it needed. When I purchased the warranty for the car, the warranty stated they wont repair pre-existing conditions but since I was told the car had been inspected, I didn't have any concerns with the warranty paying for problems if they came up down the road. I ended up taking the car to Johns Auto Care to check the car out and figure out what was wrong. At this time, I had put 752 miles on the car since I had purchased it. After all was said and done, there was a severe oil leak coming from the valve stems and the total job would be about 5000 dollars. I expected the warranty company to take care of this but was denied because they stated this was a pre existing condition that should have been taken care of before purchasing or being sold. Come to find out, Johns Auto Care was the same shop that had replaced the fan. I asked them why the oil leak wasn't taken care of at that time and they stated they weren't paid to inspect the car, just to replace the fan. I called Linda at Fast Lane Motors to get this taken care and find out why they never actually had the car inspected before selling it but they of course said its essentially not their problem and wont do anything to help my situation. I got the run around every time I called them and as of right now, the car is still at Johns Auto Care to be fixed and wont be fixed for another 6 weeks. These people are extremely incompetent. They have no idea how the warranties work that they are selling and obviously don't care about taking care of their customers. They don't have their cars inspected and have no idea what may or may not be wrong with the cars before they sell them. Any reputable dealership I have ever dealt with in the past has all of their cars inspected before selling them so they avoid situations like this. I'm curious to see what Linda's response to this review will be......

Ive had my eye on a little yellow VW beetle at Fast Lane for a few weeks. So I stopped by to look at it. I fell in love and bought it. The owners were so nuce and helpful. I looked at several cars there and was amazed how nice they were.. Love thisplace.

Check engine light was broken.nMy car only lasted 3 weeks and now it broken down and I have a car that doesnt run and I still have to pay off! The car buying experience was super easy. But that's cause they knew it would break down... I'm completely screwed....

3 hours away, sight unseen other than pics on Craigslist. Rig was as advertised and below my budget. Waited a bit for the title and have driven it 1,000 mikes with no issues. Will recommend! Thank you
