Set an appointment to buy a car/not see but purchase...got there to see it sold. I'd call that very poor customer service.

Nice people to deal with, we bought an older Cadillac STS it has issues although we new a 1999 would have, nothing a little tlc won't fix. Thanks for a great car buying experience.
