I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot 4 1/2 years ago from Lithia.The buying process was easy and they worked with me to get a great deal. I have been taking my Jeep in for a regular oil change since I purchased it. Never a problem to fit me in at the Express Lube. This dealership is tops in customer satisfaction and efficiency. As long as I live in So. Oregon. I will buy my cars there.

Lithia Motors owns a company called Driveway. Driveway advertises that they will purchase your vehicle from you. They advertise that the experience is safe, secure and reliable. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I own a beautiful 2018 Dodge Challenger. Over a week ago they agreed to purchase my vehicle. 5 representatives arrived at my home over an hour late. They took pictures of all my personal banking information and SS# with an unsecured IPAD. My car is financed they told me they would payoff my loan the next day and email me all the documents. To date they have not paid off my lender or provided me any documents. They did however email pictures of all my personal banking information and SS # to a stranger. My loan is well past due and the lender has reported this to the credit bureaus. They have unauthorized use of my vehicle. I have retained an attorney and have filed a police report.

Wasn't even out our cars to observe any cars, they had a lots of shiny new cars.
