This Starbucks is hands down the best one in the Rogue Valley. Every time I come in, I am greeted very warmly and promptly. The staff is very efficient in the work they do without compromising the smiles on their faces - this is a direct reflection of great management and pride in the location. What I am most impressed with was the manager and one of her employees was actually working the room ensuring everything was tasting good - you just don’t see that level of customer service anymore. Kudos to all the staff here, keep up the good work!!
Love this Starbucks. Open early, friendly Batista's, and nice and warm on a cold morning. Starbucks has been a life saver on more than one occasion. Highly recommend this location.
