We started having issues with our camper van brakes just east of town. We called Chase, and he told us to come in and he'd take a look. We were mid-roadtrip and he helped us diagnose the issue and identify part numbers to order ahead of us. We can't thank him enough and we really appreciate his kindness and help. My son't Ford F350's starter decided to crack in two. His truck was towed in and they jumped right on it and had a new one one and his truck ready to go. They were awesome on the phone when I called in the issue as my son didn't have coverage. The whole process was non-stressful. Thank you Power River Diesel. You guys rock. Billie Stuff
My son and his girlfriend were stranded a mile outside of Broadus on a Saturday evening on their way to California when a belt broke in his van . They contacted Chase and he made them aware the auto parts were all closed but he would get to them as soon as he could. I called Chase on Sunday afternoon worried for them being at a rest stop for two nights and he assured me he had seen them and they were fine. He even contacted them to let them know where they could charge their phones as they were sleeping in the van . He made sure one of his employees was there to fix the van first thing this morning when the auto parts store opened and they were able to get on their way.
