It's clean, they refresh the food often, the game room is fun for the kids. Most of the staff is nice, especially the one guy who clears plates. They also have some snotty teenage employees. It's affordable. It's really just the large groups of very large people that turn me off of here.
Fun for whole family and reasonable prices
I placed an online order for a 2 piece chicken meal, chicken fries and garlic bread. The estimated delivery time said by 7:13pm for an order placed at 6:45pm. At 7:50pm I called and 5hey said they were running really behind but my order left for delivery should be arriving any minute. 35 minutes later it finally showed up barely warm. Iwill never be ordering from them again.
Would rate higher if possible!!! We reserved a package for our daughters birthday (1/23) and they were very kind and accommodating and we had a wonderful experience. Will DEFINITELY come back and also recommend others! My family and I thank this establishment for helping make her birthday the best yet!
Went for a birthday party for my daughter's friend which was fun & exciting for her but when I sat to eat with all 3 of my kids after we waited for 45 minutes before I had to finally ask if it normally took this long for 2 small pizzas, the buzzer never went off. The place was far from busy & nobody came looking to see why we hadn't gotten our pizza which was ready for however long it was. Cool for a kids party but I'll never go again otherwise.
