Whoever is running this store really needs to educate their employees on customer service and phone knowledge. Between my husband and I we went to this location 3 times in one week and left each time with no answers on technical support. Working at a phone store you’d expect them to know simple questions like how to update or restore an iPhone. But no, they send you to other retailers to be told simple answers that they should have known. Also, Don’t show up when they first open because they never open the store on time. Employees also don’t wear face masks even though it’s mandatory indoors in Oregon right now.

Gabriel was amazing. He was courteous, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks Gabriel, will continue to be a customer just because of you.

The reps are often on the phone and repeat themselves 3 times with customer service.Reps are good but 15 min task goes 45 mins easy, and no one gets to sit down.

Very easy to have as salesperson.I would tell everyone to come to this store.

Dont go to this store victoria charges way more than any other stores I have to go to caldwell becouse how big the price diference is she wont answer the phone and she is to lazy to give any extra info. I recorded our conversation and will be talking to a manager. I hate to give a bad review But this is ridiculous I've been a customer for years
